Things have moved on since my last visit. Lots of Primroses, Celandines and Violets, also Barren Strawberry, Opposite-leaved Golden Saxifrage and even a solitary Wood Anemone. Managed to catch a little bug that was hopping around too.

22 April 2013 . . . . Despite the wet and windy weather I got quite a good catch in the moth trap last night. Nothing new though, just Clouded Drab, Red Chestnut and lots of Hebrew Characters.

24 April 2013 . . . . Leitir Fura . . . . Willow warblers singing and also a solitary cuckoo. Peacock butterflies and Dor beetles taking advantage of the fine weather. More spring flowers have appeared.
