July on the Isle of Skye

14 July 2015 . . . . Outing to Kyleakin with the Broadford Botany Group.

We added another 25 records to the 70 we recorded last month. Our best finds were Corydalis claviculata and Sedum acre, the latter being a new record for NG72.

15 July 2015 . . . . Walking the road from Ardvasar to Aird I saw lots of butterflies, especially Fritillaries and Blues. Also a moth that has never been recorded on Skye before.
